Hi
I think I have the right tool for you:
Moggproject VMD reduction tool!
Website: sites.google.com/site/moggproj…
"Mr Mogg" is the creator of MikuMikuMoving.
This tool loads vmd files, displays the motion of a
particular bone as a graph, and allows offset adjustment
to all positions, rotations etc. It is made to smoothen
Kinect recorded motions and to reduce the filesize.

Brief tutorial for you:
I used the tool for your idolamster WIM motion:
First I figured out the angle difference between
Animasa Miku's Arms V-pose and T-pose with MMD.
Right arm: Z axis rotation +35 degress,
left arm: Z axis rotation -35 degrees.
35 degrees is 0.61 in radian. The VMDtool
only works correct in radians (mostly).

In VMD reduction tool, load the vmd (select "no interop").
Select the tab "arm_R". Now three spiky curves are shown.
These are the x,y,z rotation angles over time.
In the top right area, change 0.000 into 0.610 in the "Tz" offset.
(Make sure the software does not interpret as "61.000")
In the top bar, click "Reduction"/"For Current Bones" and the
z rotation curve shifts upwards.
Edit "arm_L" with Tz offset -0.61 and save the file (as).

It worked straightforward for me.
